1. According to the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China:

     The Constitution stipulates that the personal dignity of citizens of the People’s Republic of China is inviolable in Article 38.

     The "General Principles of Civil Law" stipulates that in Article 101 citizens and legal persons shall enjoy the right of reputation, and the personal dignity of citizens shall be protected by law, and it is forbidden to damage the reputation of citizens and legal persons by insulting or slandering.       Article 42 of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law" who commits one of the following acts shall be detained for less than five days or a fine of less than 500 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be detained for not less than 5 days but not more than 10 days, and may also be sentenced to 500 yuan. The following fines: (2) Openly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others; (6) Peeping, secretly taking pictures, eavesdropping, or spreading the privacy of others.

      The Tort Liability Law stipulates that infringement of civil rights and interests in Article 2 shall bear tort liability in accordance with this law. Civil rights and interests referred to in this law include the right to life, health, name, reputation, honor, portrait, privacy, marital autonomy, guardianship, ownership, usufructuary rights, security rights, copyrights, and patent rights , Personal and property rights such as trademark exclusive rights, discovery rights, equity, inheritance rights, etc.

      Provisions of the Civil Procedure Law

Article 134: People's courts shall hear civil cases in public, unless they involve state secrets, personal privacy, or otherwise provided for by law. 

Article 156 The public may consult legally effective judgments and rulings, except for those involving state secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy.

      The Criminal Procedure Law stipulates that Article 52. People's courts, people's procuratorates and public security organs have the right to collect and obtain evidence from relevant units and individuals. Relevant units and individuals shall provide evidence truthfully. ... Evidence involving state secrets, commercial secrets, and personal privacy shall be kept confidential.

Article 150 The adoption of technical investigation measures must be carried out in strict accordance with the types of measures approved, the objects of application, and the time limit. Investigators shall keep confidential the state secrets, commercial secrets and personal privacy that they learn in the process of adopting technical investigation measures;

Article 183: People's courts shall try first-instance cases in public. However, cases involving state secrets or personal privacy are not heard in public; cases involving commercial secrets, if the parties apply for not hearing in public, may not be heard in public.
